From the time of arrest to the time of conviction and sentencing (or acquittal, if the glove don’t fit), there is a WHOLE LOT that goes into criminal litigation about which most laypersons are unaware. Having seen “how the sausage is made,” I can offer insight, particularly through anecdotal stories on how the criminal justice game plays out in a court of law. I may even to able to answer the question, “How can you defend someone who would do that?”
