Our Mission

The mission of Senior College is to provide a diverse curriculum of intellectually stimulating programs and special activities for folks 55 and over in Central Nebraska. Noncredit courses and programs are designed for: 

• active discussion
• intellectual stimulation
• enjoyment of learning

Senior College is a stress-free learning opportunity with no prerequisites, exams, or grades. It's "learning for the fun of it." Senior College offers classes, field trips, educational travel, special events, and lectures on a variety of topics taught by experts in the field. The variety of courses offered through Senior College appeals to active people who are bright, curious, and committed to lifelong learning.

Senior College is an independent, nonprofit organization governed by a Board of Directors elected from the membership.
